Nutrition Challenge Timeline

Monday Jan 2nd- Welcome Email – Challenge Information / timeline, link to register for the Challenge Webinar, connect to Google Group*, 6 week meal plan, and challenge FAQ. 

Thursday, January 5th- Challenge Kickoff Webinar at 8 PM EST. Webinar will be recorded and available for playback. 

Jan 6th - 8th- Allows time for prep, food shopping etc. Join Nutrition Challenge Google Group (become familiar) 

Monday Jan 9th- CHALLENGE BEGINS - WEIGH IN #1** - Each Monday we will post a new thread in the Challenge Google Group. Please comment with your starting weight to the group thread. (example: starting weight – 160 lbs.) 

Wednesday Jan 11th
- Google Group questions answered by Nutritionist Namrita Kumar. This will be an open forum for all participants of the Challenge to ask questions and share results or issues. It will only be viewed by the group. You can send your questions in any time during the week but Namrita will be answering them on Wednesdays. Monday 

Monday Jan 16th- WEIGH IN # 2**- Post to week 2 on the Challenge Google Group weigh in thread with your total net weight gain/loss.
(example: starting weight – 160 lbs., current weight 159 lbs., you post “-1 lbs.”) Anyone that weighs in will be eligible for our fun prize drawing from this week forward

Wednesday Jan 18th - Google Group questions/discussion answered by Nutritionist Namrita Kumar 

Monday Jan 23rd  - WEIGH IN # 3**- Post to week 3 on the Challenge Google Group weigh in thread with your total net weight gain/loss. (example: starting weight – 160 lbs., current weight 158 lbs., you post “-2 lbs.”)
Anyone that weighs in will be eligible for our fun prize drawing

Monday Jan 30th - WEIGH IN # 4**- Post to week 4 on the Challenge Google Group weigh in thread with your total net weight gain/loss.
(example: starting weight – 160 lbs., current weight 155 lbs., you post “-5 lbs.”)
Anyone that weighs in will be eligible for our fun prize drawing

Monday Feb 13th - WEIGH IN # 6**- Post to week 6 on the Challenge Google Group weigh in thread with your total net weigh gain/loss.
(example: starting weight – 160 lbs., current weight 151 lbs., you post “-9 lbs.”)
Weigh ins will be eligible for our fun prize drawing from this week forward 

Wednesday Feb 15th- Google Group questions/discussion answered by Nutritionist Namrita Kumar 

Monday Feb 20th- FINAL WEIGH IN**- Post to week 6 on the Challenge Google Group weigh in thread with your total net weigh gain/loss. (example: starting weight – 160 lbs., current weight 149 lbs., you post “-11 lbs.”) Weigh ins will be eligible for our fun prize drawing from this week forward 

Wednesday Feb 22th - Congratulations Challenge Participants – Challenge Recap, Average Weight Loss and Totals, as well as general Nutrition update from Namrita Kumar.

*GOOGLE GROUP: Participants will also receive a request to join our PRIVATE Google Nutrition Challenge Support and Discussion Group. This will be an open forum for all participants of the Challenge to ask questions and share results or issues. Again, this will be a private group and only be viewed by registered challenge participants. Google Group questions answered by Nutritionist Namrita Kumar, Ph.D., RD

**WEIGH IN(S): Each Monday we will post a thread in the Nutrition Challenge Google Group.
Weigh in #1: Please comment with your starting weight to the group thread.
Example: starting weight: (160 lbs.)

All other weigh in(s): Please comment with your total net weight gain/loss to the group thread.
Example: Starting weight: 160 lbs., current weight 155 lbs. you would post (-5 lbs.)
