Our system is designed to accomplish two things. First, we want to maximize your training time to get you to your highest fitness, best performance, and ultimate peak. Second, we want to get you there at your big goal event: peak performance WHEN YOU WANT IT! 
 
Our system focuses on planning your season through a scientific approach, using your data and your tested physiological results to train more efficiently for the demands of your goal events. The Peaks Power Advantage accomplishes this through careful planning and management of your CTL (chronic training load) and TSB (training stress balance) to track your increases in fitness and continue to build progressive increases while carefully monitoring your rest to ensure you have the freshness to perform in your big event.

BRONZE COACHING PACKAGE: $189-$239

Cycling Camps

Are you aiming for your first big event? Do you want to step up your training but aren't sure how to do it? Our bronze-level coaching can get you started. This is our most basic plan, but it still includes a lot of benefits, including an initial call with Kathy Watts, our athlete-coach coordinator, who will personally assess your coaching needs. Your monthly plan will be built around your schedule, fitness level, and goals, and it will be available online for your review at any time. This customized plan will help you get to the peak of your fitness just in time for your big race or event!

START-UP
This includes a phone call or online presentation with your new coach to review your personal history, past training, and future goals, as well as fitness testing to determine your power training and zones.

COMMUNICATION, PLANS, AND FEEDBACK
  • Custom training plans written an average of three weeks in advance (one week minimum)
  • Workouts emailed to you daily and available for review at any time on TrainingPeaks
  • Free premium TrainingPeaks account (a $240 a year savings to you) after the completion of your current paid billing cycle with TrainingPeaks
  • Training plan reviews via phone calls, online meeting, Skype, or emails
  • 1 training plan review call per month, up to 30 minutes
  • 1 training plan revision per month, if needed

THE COST

The monthly charge for bronze level coaching is $189 ($239 for multi-sport). The $228 charge you will see at checkout includes the one time start-up fee of $39 and your first month's coaching fee of $189. Your payment will be processed immediately, but if you do not begin your coaching services on the first day of a calendar month, your next charge will be prorated to account for the days you did not receive service in the month you started.

SILVER COACHING PACKAGE: $249-$299

Hunter Allen Training

The silver-level plan is designed for the athlete who wants to ratchet up his or her level of training and has specific training goals in mind. At the silver level we offer you more input, interaction, and communication with your coach, resulting in a more concise and focused program. This level also includes building your own personal power profile, which allows you to compare yourself to other riders and enables your coach to determine what your strengths and weaknesses are. Armed with this information, your coach will custom design a training plan for you and get you ready for your next big event or race.

Cycling Coach PCG
The gold-level plan is designed for serious athletes who want to challenge themselves to be the best they can be, but this is our recommended level for everyone because we feel that this level of coaching and communication is what will really make the difference between finishing with the pack and standing on the podium. At the gold level you will be working with a super experienced coach at our elite or master level. Your coach will review your files weekly and follow your progress closely, which will allow your coach to adjust your training plans without you missing a beat! Your plan will be carefully designed around your personal power and fatigue profile to give you that extra advantage. For the time crunched athlete who wants to go for the gold, this is the plan for you!

The platinum level also give you an elite- or master-level cycling coach with years of valuable experience, who will analyze your power and fatigue profile, review your strengths and weaknesses, and design a custom training plan that will allow you to make the break and move to the next level!

This titanium-level plan means you will be coached only by our master-level coaches, and the vast knowledge and experience of a master coach will give you the ultimate opportunity to learn and understand what it takes to be the racer you've always wanted to be. Unlimited calls, emails, and training plan revisions allow you access to your coach whenever you need him or her. This personal attention will give you the inside edge on the competition and take you to the top of the podium!
